Career And College Prep

What is the Student Advisory Council?

The Student Advisory Council is a select group of K12-powered students from around the country who serve as advisors for their peers as well as brand ambassadors for K12 and their schools. Through this paid internship opportunity, they provide valuable feedback and insight about their experiences with career readiness education.

Grade: 11

Hobbies: Dancing, crocheting clothes, origami, and baking

I chose a K12-powered school because I am such a busy person. Doing school online is way better than in person. I’m also not much of a social person. I really just like getting my work done and moving on with my day. Plus, since I joined K12, I am graduating in 2024 instead of 2025!

My dream job is to work in a pharmacy in a small town. One of my best traits is that I love helping others, and I believe working in a pharmacy is a great way to do that.

My pathways are marketing and digital art. I choose marketing because there are so many different uses and applications for those skills. I chose digital art because I feel like it goes hand-in-hand with marketing and advertisement.
