A Night to Remember – Insight School of Washington’s Golden Gala Prom

On May 2, 2025, the Pioneer Pavilion in Puyallup transformed into a scene of elegance and celebration as Insight School of Washington hosted its much-anticipated in-person prom. This year’s theme, Golden Gala. 

For many students attending an online school, opportunities to connect in person with peers and teachers are deeply cherished. Prom offered just that, a special chance for students from across the state to come together and enjoy a time-honored tradition in a setting designed for celebration and connection. 

Dressed to the nines in sparkling gowns, sharp tuxedos, and golden accents to match the theme, Insight School of Washington students made unforgettable memories as they danced the night away. The room was filled with music, laughter, and snapshots capturing the joy of getting to meet friends and classmates face-to-face after months of virtual learning.

The evening was made even more meaningful by the presence of several teachers who volunteered to chaperone, excited to see their students in person  and share in the joy of the occasion. Their support helped ensure a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for all. 

From the dazzling décor to the packed dance floor, the Golden Gala lived up to its name, shining brightly as a highlight of the school year. Events like these reflect Insight School of Washington’s commitment to building a sense of community that extends beyond the virtual classroom.
