Four Simple Steps to Enroll
Step 1
Create Parent Account
The K12 Enrollment Portal provides access to your online application to ISWA, along with real-time alerts and quick links to important info.
Step 2
Submit an Application
Once you’ve begun an application in the K12 Enrollment Portal, click the option to add a new student or continue with your application. Simply fill in the fields with your child’s information, select ISWA, and hit Submit.
Step 3
Upload Additional Documents
In this step, you’ll provide more detailed information about your child and upload additional documents, such as proof of residency and a birth certificate. For a list of specific documents that will be required, contact our enrollment consultants at 866.800.0017.
Step 4
Attend Enrollment Webinar
All families participate in a pre-recorded webinar with an enrollment consultant. Additional documents may be required to complete your enrollment, depending on your student’s situation, and will be provided within your Enrollment Portal.
Step 5
Welcome to K12!
After successfully completing the enrollment process, your student will be approved. Please check your email for important information regarding your student’s status and how to access the Online School platform.

Eligibility Requirements
Age Requirements
Any student in grades K–12 who resides in Washington may enroll if they meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Kindergarten students must be five years of age on or before August 31st of the current school year.
- High school students must be 20 years of age or younger on the first day of the school year. Students who turn 21 while enrolled may remain enrolled until the end of the current school year.
- High school students must also be able to demonstrate completion of the eighth grade through official transcript or homeschool portfolios.
Proof of Residency
While attending Insight School of Washington you must maintain full-time, Washington residency.
